Our online shopping cart is totally secure with your credit card details encrypted and stored on a secure server. Your details are not floating around in cyber space and are only accessible by us at Tabletots using protected passwords. Your credit card details are then deleted from the secure server once processing has taken place.

Lay-By We are now very happy to offer clients the option of lay-by. When you place an order over the Internet there will be a section where you can make clients comments. Simply state here you would like to lay-by and will email you back within 24 hours confirming your order and your lay-by payments. You can take up to two months to pay and  on receiving your final payment your order will dispatched the next day. The initial deposit must be 25% of total order. Note: This does not apply to special offers

Printable Catalogue: We have included an on line printable order form for your convenience. Simply fill out the order form with appropriate payment (cheque, money order, Internet Direct Deposit or credit card ) and phone, fax or mail your order through. Please take advantage of the printable order form to complete your order in the way that best suits your personal choice.

Returns Policy: To return any item please contact Tabletots by email or at 61 3 5678 7285 first for instructions & approval. All product concerns, damages, and defects are to be dealt with by Tabletots. We use extra care in packing your order so please check your order for damaged or missing items and contact us immediately. Any item received damaged or defective may be exchanged for a new one, however, if Tabletots is unable to replace this item, due to lack of availability, your purchase & incurred shipping charges will be refunded. Tabletots orders that are custom made ( client requests personal alternative colours, design etc..) are not refundable.
All returns are sent at the purchasers expense. (we will not reimburse postage costs, but will waive postage on replaced items)
